The Multi-Job Match Report is used for succession planning and assigning employees to new positions. The report matches one (1) individual to up to ten (10) Job Match Patterns in an effort to determine the right fit for this individual within an organization. The overall percent match reflects the individual's Thinking Style, Occupational Interests, and Behavioral Traits combined.

Once an order for the Multi-Job Match Report is placed, you will be contacted by an IHS Advisor who will gather required information in order to build this report.
